General notes:

· To book the tour, send us the following personal information. The passport number must be valid. Please let us know if your passport                number will change after booking

· To secure the reservation of a tour package, a deposit of 50% of the total tour price must be made. The remaining balance must be paid 15      days before your arrival in Peru. If the final price of the tour is less than USD 200, you must make a 100% deposit.

· Prices per person in US dollars depending on the type of accommodation.

· Sales period: from January 1 to December 15, 2019

· Validity of the trip: all year round, on special dates, holidays, long weekends or national holidays. there could be a surcharge

· Prices do not include expenses for international transfer or credit and/or debit card.

· Additional expenses at the travel destination on behalf of the passenger.

· Excursions and transfers in shared or group service (SIB)

· Services in Spanish or English, other languages please consult.

· The order of excursions and service times may vary.

· The times indicated in this itinerary are for reference; The final schedules are provided by the operations staff of the city visited.

*Penalties may apply for modifications and/or cancellations plus administrative costs in accordance with Trip And Travel sales policies,              please consult them.

Children Policy:

· Children up to 2 years old do not pay for services, they only pay airfare if applicable; They share the room and services with parents (does        not include bed, breakfast, tickets or seating on the tours)

· Children from 03 to 08 years old have a discount on services according to the room rate. Double that varies according to each program, they    have the right to bed, breakfast, seat on the trips.

· Children must carry a document certifying their age.

Important news:

· Passengers must carry passports, Andean Immigration Card (TAM) and not have stayed more than 60 days in the country for the                        application  of the exemption from the IGV (Peruvian tax) on the accommodation service, from the IGV (18%) directly to the hotel

· PeruRail hand luggage policy (trains to Machupicchu): All hand luggage must be transported in the compartments authorized for this purpose, therefore, it is essential without exceeding the regulatory measures indicated below: 01 bag or backpack of 5 kg. And/or 157 cm. Linear (height + length + width), luggage that does not meet these measurements is not sent. The only people authorized to carry large suitcases are passengers doing the Inca Trail.
